Nobody’s free until everybody’s free.
- Fannie Lou Hamer
Celebrated since 1866 and officially recognized as a federal holiday in 2021, Juneteenth National Independence Day commemorates the emancipation of enslaved people in the United States. Juneteenth is celebrated on June 19th, recognized as the anniversary of the announcement proclaiming freedom for slaves in Texas, and today celebrates African-American culture, education, and achievement.
To honor Juneteenth this year, we will be donating 100% of profits on June 19th to Black Women’s Health Imperative, the oldest national organization dedicated solely to improving the health and wellness of our nation’s 21 million Black women and girls.
